F1 2017 is the next installment of the racing game series developed by Codemasters (creators of DiRT Rally and the Colin McRae Rally series, among others) under the license of Formula 1. The production was released in August 2017 on the PC, PS4 and XONE platforms.

F1 2017 is a Formula 1 simulator that allows you to sit behind the wheel of the cars competing in the 2017 season and older machines. Indeed, one of the attractions of this installment is the presence of classic vehicles, including the 1988 McLaren MP4/4 driven by Alain Prost and Ayrton Senna; the 1992 Williams FW14B (Nigel Mansell and Riccardo Patrese) and the 2002 Ferrari F2002 (Rubens Barrichello and Michael Schumacher). These cars are available during the season in special races and other modes, including multiplayer and time trials. The list of all classic vehicles includes the following machines: 1988 McLaren MP4/4 (available as DLC in F1 2017: Special Edition), 1991 McLaren MP4/6, 1992 Williams FW14B, 1995 Ferrari 412 T2, 1996 Williams FW18, 1998 McLaren MP4-13 2002 Ferrari F2002, 2004 Ferrari F2004, 2006 Renault R26, 2007 Ferrari F2007, 2008 McLaren MP4 -23 and 2010 Red Bull Racing RB6.
In terms of graphics, F1 2017 in the version for PC, PS4 and XONE platform resembles very much the previous installment. However, the developers have taken care of some improvements related, for example, to the weather system. In this edition the conditions on the tracks are more realistic and less predictable.
